Responsibilities

At Magnera EMEIA, we are currently seeking a recent graduate to be part of our exclusive Graduate Trainee Program in the area of Sales.

 

The Wipes Graduate role offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of functions in the B2B commercial environment.

The role will cover multiple areas of the business, in roles such as Inside Sales, Product Management and Application Development.

 

The roles overarching reasonability is to contribute to revenue, profitability and growth for strategic customers and projects within EMEIA region by:

  • Managing volume, revenue and profitability analysis for Wipes customers and commercial projects.
  • Provide direct support to Sales Manager (s) in the development of existing and prospective opportunities for customers and commercial projects to help Specialties team meet growth targets.
  • Flexibility to work across functions and projects during the graduate program and be based in different locations during the 18 month program.

Primary Responsabilities:

 

  1. Pro-active support management of accounts and commercial projects.
  2. Pro-active support for achieving commercial sales targets.
  3. Contributes for handling leads for strategic accounts and customers linked to commercial projects. Ensure a proper follow up to maximize success ratio.
  4. Supports KAM and Sales Managers on internal and external customer reports and CRM analysis.
  5. Co-ordination of cross-functional activities with other functions (MKT, PD, Finance, Ops).
  6. Develop in depth research projects that enable insight into growth opportunities within the wipes segment, using data analysis, market research and customer interviews.

 

 

Qualifications

University Degree and Master’s Degree

English is a must. German & Italian language skills highly desirable

Experience with Erasmus, internships or prior professional experience, etc.
