In order to achieve our sales objectives regarding revenue, profitability and market share the Sales Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and execution of sales within the Geosynthetics business. We are particularly interested in someone with a strong background in civil engineering, rail or builders' merchants and understands geosynthetics and who has a proven record of leading a team.
The Sales Manager is accountable for managing a direct team including a Key Account Manager, Technical Sales, Inside Sales and Product Development as well as identifying sales opportunities and developing new business.
