Reporting to the Brand Manager, this role will be based in our Charlotte office with responsibility for supporting and enhancing the Typar® & Fabrene® Brand Management team. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive and consistent brand presence, driving leads, and supporting the commercial strategy through the execution of marketing communication plans, the creation and coordination of collateral, PR activities, brand support, product launches and events in collaboration with our brand and commercial team.
1. Responsible for the support of execution of marketing communication plans, and the ideation and development of marketing campaigns and projects following timelines, including the creation of engaging written, graphic and video content as well as promotional materials.
2. Coordinate PR, advertising, digital campaigns and creative projects with our external agencies.
3. Briefing and craft marketing collateral in collaboration with our creative agencies to support, the business, sales teams and customers, including; branding, product leaflets, brochures, presentation templates, adverts and sample packs.
4. Design and execute product launches, including the development of value propositions, and preparation of marketing launch packs for new products in collaboration with our agencies.
5. Support the social media strategy – support the execution of the social media content plan and provide content and graphic creation where necessary.
6. Tracking and reporting on the marketing campaigns and activities – and offer insight into areas of improvement.
7. Ensure all communications are in line with brand identity, guidelines, tone, and strategy
Copywriting and graphic design skills are preferred (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, PWP)
Experienced in creating engaging, creative and effective communication pieces and graphics across multiple channels and target audiences, to ensure consistent brand voice, and visual identity.
Proactive and independent profile who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multinational environment autonomously and as part of a team.
Professional and responsible, with strong project management skills to manage multiple projects, timelines and responsibilities to deliver quality work within established deadlines.
Analytical, ability to think critically and creatively, with a resourceful problem-solver attitude. Positive attitude to learning and challenges.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; skilled in identifying inconsistencies and errors.
Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and adaptable to change.
Intermediate level use of Microsoft Office package – especially PWP, Excel and Word.
