Utility Operator - Team 1

• Expected to run multiple lines across the plant.
• Be able to step in for a Lead Operator/Senior Lead/Process Technician.
• Willing to train new employees on Safety Checklist and OJT’s.
• Analyze data using Statistical Process Control techniques and adjust manufacturing parameters to achieve property targets.
• Assist in the development of operating conditions for new or improved products.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: Previous manufacturing experience preferred. A current Berry Global forklift operator license may be required.  
• Completion of Senior Machine Operator advancement is required.

• Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a plant environment with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged standing and frequent bending, stooping and stretching, manual dexterity, the ability to distinguish letters, occasional lifting, and the use of office equipment. Demonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion and/or conversion.
