JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Generalist is critical to ensuring the day-to-day HR operations run smoothly and with efficiency. The HRG serves as the liaison of the general population and the HR department. The HRG will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including, but not limited to, hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
