We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes initiative, and enjoys building efficient processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of monthly consolidation and corporate internal reporting processes.
  • Manage and reconcile the company’s intercompany transactions and eliminations.
  • Consolidate financial data from international subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate corporate-level reporting.
  • Develop and implement scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support continued growth.
  • Collaborate with finance teams across multiple geographies to ensure alignment and reporting consistency.
  • Support SEC reporting and external financial disclosures, including 10-Q’s and 10-K’s.
  • Provide insights into financial results through variance analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Take ownership of special projects and actively contribute to process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP; experience in a publicly traded or multinational company preferred
  • Proven experience consolidating financial data across multiple entities
  • Comfortable building and optimizing accounting processes in a fast-growth or evolving environment
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to take initiative and learn quickly
