Responsibilities

  • Enter Cycle counts for raw materials and finished products
  • Assist with managing Material Review Board (MRB) spreadsheet.
  • Track FIFO Aging of materials
  • Track Doctor material on hand
  • Execute Daily Silo Cycle Count report
  • Correct plant inventory negative balances
  • Assist Materials MRO coordinator with receiving and put aways
  • Cycle count all maintenance spares annually
  • Assist department with Pre-Physical Inventory setups and Physical Inventory activities
  • Assist Materials MRO Coordinator with PO generation and coordination for MRO deliveries.
  • Other inventory related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education: High school education is required. Degree in Accounting, Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.  APICS training or certification preferred.  Computer literacy essential; particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.    

 

Experience: Work experience with MRP/ERP software preferred.

 

Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment and on the plant floor with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged sitting and frequent bending, stooping and stretching, manual dexterity, the ability to distinguish letters, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and the use of office equipment.
