JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Technician is responsible for monitoring, auditing, and improving the quality of nonwoven products and processes within the Magnera facility. This position plays a key role in ensuring that raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods meet internal and customer specifications. The role involves routine testing, data collection, problem-solving, and collaboration with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards.
