Magnera is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand development and marketing communications for our Chicopee® and Sontara® wipes brands. Based in our Charlotte office, the Brand Manager will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, generating demand, and supporting commercial success through integrated marketing initiatives.

 

The Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Line Management and Sales to deliver high-impact campaigns, marketing materials, and product launches that reinforce our value proposition and elevate brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Execution

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that are aligned with business goals. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted campaigns.

 

Content Development

Create and oversee compelling content across formats (print, digital, and video) that reflects brand tone and identity. Coordinate development of sample packs, presentations, brochures, and digital assets.

 

Collateral & Sales Enablement

Partner with Product Line Management to develop marketing materials that support product positioning and sales tools, ensuring messaging consistency and value articulation.

 

Product Launches

Lead go-to-market execution for new product introduction, including messaging, launch kits, and promotional content to drive successful adoption and awareness.

  

Digital & Social Media Support

Support social media strategy and execution by planning, creating, and scheduling content aligned with overall marketing goals. Assist with community management and digital engagement.

 

Agency & Vendor Coordination

Manage relationships with creative and PR agencies, freelancers, and other external partners to ensure timely, brand-aligned output.

 

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance and KPIs; provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.

 

Brand Consistency & Governance

Ensure all marketing and communications follow brand guidelines, voice, and strategic positioning.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of professional experience preferred, will consider degreed candidates with strong, related intern/coop experience
  • Graphic design experience preferred (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel 10–20%

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills; experience writing for technical audiences is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing projects from concept to execution
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with marketing, product, and sales teams
