We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our Corporate HR team. This role supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs across the organization, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with querying and business intelligence tools, statistical methods, and data modeling capabilities to produce reports, data files, and dashboards to support their strong understanding of compensation principles and job architecture.

Responsibilities

Compensation Program Support

  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using compensation survey tools.
  • Support annual merit and bonus processes, including data validation & reporting.
  • Prepare compensation analysis for promotions, internal transfers, and new hires.
  • Analyzes, designs, and administers employer compensation programs, including base pay, long/short-term incentives, spot bonuses, commissions, and equity
  • Designs and communicates pay structures, grades, compensation budgets, and pay progression guidelines.
  • Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support employee engagement and comply with compensation policy and budgetary guidelines.
  • Evaluates jobs and develops and maintains job descriptions and job architecture.
  • Participates in compensation surveys, conducts research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
  • Implements data standards and deploys automation tools to extract, synthesize, and validate data from different sources and transform data into usable metrics.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compensation practices comply with FLSA, EEO, and internal policies.
  • Support audit requests and prepare documentation for internal/external reviews.
  • Assist in preparing data for Compensation Committee meetings as needed.

Travel: less than 5%

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in compensation and data analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling and analysis is a must.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and market pricing tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data.
  • Proficiency in Dayforce, iCIMS, and Korn Ferry Pay preferred.

 

Competencies:

  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across all business functions.
  • Experience in a global or multi-site organization is a plus.
  • Experience with scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards strongly preferred.
