Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP system.
  • Confirm orders in accordance with internal planning.
  • Support production scheduling and shipment of finished products.
  • Provide direct commercial assistance to customers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales and Quality for handling complaints and non-conformities.
  • Interface with customers regarding order changes (advances/postponements).
  • Operate on customer portals for sharing consumption data and other information.
  • Book loading slots and coordinate with the warehouse for scheduling.
  • Monitor transportation costs and perform benchmarking to ensure optimal cost/service balance.
  • Collect data for process KPI monitoring.
  • Apply Quality System procedures and comply with company policies.
  • Contribute to improvement objectives defined by Management.

Qualifications

  • Education: University degree (preferably in economics or language studies).
  • Languages: Native Italian, good English; a second language is a plus.
  • IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office; experience with ERP systems.
