The Key Account Manager Dach will take care of the management and development of the DACH region for the Professional Wipes segment. Drives customer intimacy and growth by understanding and meeting customer needs and developing strong partnerships with distributors & converters.  Responsible to help develop the strategy for this region for Chicopee, Sontara and roll good sales. Accountable for multiple high value direct customers as well as the coordination of 1 to 2 FTEs also working within this region.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for delivering the AOP targets for the DACH region, through identified key growth, pricing and volume strategies.
  2. Must be willing and able to travel within DACH region for customer meetings, tradeshows, conferences, plant visits and internal sales meetings within Europe.
  3. Understand the DACH market trends and customer needs, to drive development with PLM and PD teams to ensure Magnera solutions fit the market needs in terms of price/quality/value.
  4. Builds relationships with defined customers and potential customers understanding their businesses and needs and uses that information to develop Magnera strategies for improved profitability and growth.
  5. Utilizes the company CRM system to track, evaluate and assess the customer management within the region as well as the health of the sales pipeline and business risks.
  6. Works within a cross functional team including Customer Service, Production, Supply Chain, Finance and HR functional leaders to meet the Specialties segment business targets.
  7. Uses and gathers market and competition data in order to identify opportunities for increased market share.
  8. Take ownership for the relationship between customers and all departments within production site.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience

Experience in a sales related role with distribution push/pull models

Experience in B2B manufacturing companies

 

Language skills

Fluent German

High level of English is required (both verbal and written)

Fluency in additional languages is beneficial
