IT On-Site Support Intern

On-site IT support for end-user computing within the Evansville office facility.

• Provide technical support in North America for company supplied user devices in a timely manner.
• Configure and install PCs and other IT peripherals as needed.
• Diagnose and repair computer related problems.
• Collaborate regularly with North America and global support teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in active North America support call queue and on-call rotation for off-hour coverage.
• No travel required
• Ability to lift ~40lbs

• Rising Juniors or Seniors pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong presentation, communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Professional attitude and willingness to learn

• Desire to work in a team environment.

• Working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation
