This role offers valuable exposure to a dynamic sales environment and hands‑on experience supporting day‑to‑day business operations. The position is responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing market and competitive data for Procter & Gamble North America. Because of the scope of the account and the markets we serve, additional support is essential as we strengthen customer relationships and develop both short‑ and long‑term strategies informed by market insights and competitive intelligence.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales, including preparing reports, managing forecast accuracy, and conducting and preparing market analysis for Baby and Fem Care products.
  • Implement Strategies:
    • Support sales strategies and innovation events to increase sales volume and drive revenue growth.
  • Supports Price Council preparation, budget preparation, internal and external customer reports and strategic projects management.
  • Participates in Daily Operations:
    • Coordination of cross-functional activities with other functions (Product Line Management, Product Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Ops to ensure forecasting, data collection, capacity, and customer orders are being managed appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Majors in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering preferred.
  • Understanding of sales principles
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in Power Point, Excel, Word, Share Point, and Power BI
  • Some experience in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Processes, Marketing, or related fields.
