Job Summary
Magnera is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Branding & Marketing Specialist to assist in brand development and marketing communications for our TYPARÒ, FabreneÒ, and TYPARÒ Geosynthetics brands. Based in our Charlotte oPce, the Branding & Marketing specialist will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, generating demand, and supporting commercial success through integrated marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the Branding & Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Product Line Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, marketing materials, product launches, and digital content that reinforce our value proposition and elevate brand visibility. Unlike many organizations that
rely heavily on external agencies, Magnera manages most creative and marketing activities in-house, oSering this role significant ownership and hands-on involvement from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Branded Marketing Execution
• Ensure all marketing and communications follow brand guidelines, voice, and strategic positioning across three diSerent Magnera sub-branded businesses.
• Support new product launches within the Infrastructure portfolio of brands/products at Magnera by aiding in campaign ideation and building, collateral development, and digital strategy for launch.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, content trackers, and reporting tools to ensure eSective execution and visibility across initiatives.
• Align branded marketing deliverables with strategic direction from PLM/Sales/Marketing functions.
Creative & Collateral Development
• Design and produce collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), bringing creative direction within respective brand standards/guidelines across three Magnera sub-branded businesses.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and brand consistency across all marketing assets through thorough review and attention to detail.
• Manage project timelines, review process, and coordinate updates to existing marketing materials as products, messaging, and market needs evolve.
Content & Copywriting
• Create and edit engaging content for case studies, press releases, blogs, website pages, email campaigns, sales tools, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and develop content that communicates technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging and business priorities.
Digital & Social Media Support
• Manage website content, including the homepage and key landing pages, keeping content current and relevant for three branded websites.
• Support SEO strategy implementation and deliver regular website traPc and performance reporting with actionable recommendations.
• Develop and manage social media content, including copywriting, graphic creation, scheduling, community engagement support, and performance reporting across multiple branded channels.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters using an email marketing platform. Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of professional experience preferred; Strong early-career candidates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Canva or similar design platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in full OPce Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
