What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Shift Operator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Packing, assembling, bagging and preparing products for storage
• Monitoring product quality and identifying defects
• Completing production and performance reporting
• Supporting line changeovers and production restarts
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health, safety, and quality procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

Shift Pattern

This role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern over 3 weeks with a shift alllowance:

• 07:00 - 15:00
• 15:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 07:00

Applicants must be able to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends as required.

✅ Manufacturing experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
✅ Strong commitment to safety and quality
✅ Good communication skills
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Ability to work independently and follow production plans
✅ Good level of English language skills
