At Magnera, we're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations at our Maldon site. This is an exciting opportunity to join the site leadership team and play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance. What You'll Be Doing

As Supply Chain Manager, you'll lead the planning, warehousing, logistics and customer service functions, ensuring materials, products and information flow seamlessly through the business.

You'll:

✅ Develop and deliver the site supply chain strategy

✅ Lead production planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics activities

✅ Optimise inventory, working capital and service performance

✅ Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, commercial and customer teams

✅ Drive Continuous Improvement, Lean and operational excellence initiatives

✅ Lead, coach and develop a high-performing supply chain team

✅ Champion safety, compliance and best practice across all operations

✅ Use data and insight to improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on your ability to:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and OTIF performance
  • Improve inventory accuracy and stock management
  • Drive forecast accuracy and planning effectiveness
  • Reduce waste, costs and lead times
  • Enhance warehouse and logistics productivity
  • Support sustainable business growth through smart supply chain management

About You

You'll bring:

  • Supply Chain leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong planning, logistics and inventory management expertise
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • A continuous improvement mindset with Lean or Kaizen experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering results and building high-performing teams
